He's currently out of the loop, allowing frauds like Ada Straus to prowl the streets of Novac, as he fell down the motel stairs, injuring his leg.

There are many minor fixes and tweaks that can be altered with the following mods. While New Vegas is certainly more stable than it's predecessor, it is not without it's faults.
